I think that means that your marks are not on I-Frames, which is necessary. DVDA will adjust them, but your chapters may not land exactly where you put them in the final product. If you ZOOM in on the timeline, the I-Frames are marked and will be within 7 to 9 frames of your marks. You can adjust them or let DVDA adjust them.

As David says and it's in the Help Menu. I never use them but note with interest it's only applicable to DVDs. With Blu-ray they don't need to be on I Frames. I wonder why?
