I've looked through the forum, but haven't seen that anybody else has run into this. It's driving me nuts!
I am using DVD Architech Studio 2.0 (build 22) on a dedicated machine. I have used this sucessfully on the other two projects recently made. They were made using source AVI files captured from a DV camera and Sony capture software.
The problem I'm having with the current project is that even though my chapters and the chapter selections are created without problem and fully recognized in the preview mode, once I prepare the dvd, they seem to disappear upon viewing with either PowerDVD or, if I actually burn a disc, with any DVD player. The chapter selection menu is there ok, but regardless of the menu choice made, it always plays from the beginning of the file (at the in-point). Likewise, there doesn't seem to be any chapters to step-through. It's as if the chapters are completely ignored during the "prepare" step. They are there when I look at the timeline, both from the "play-all" menu and from individual chapter selection menu items.
Any idea what is going on? I was using a recycled DAR file, but when I decided to start from scratch (ruling out a corrupted DAR) the problem remained. Thanks for any input!
