Hey David -
I'm using an ATI 3D Rage Pro and the ATI Rage Fury 128 (AGP). I have
my main (AGP) set to 1280 by 1024 on a 19" monitor and my 17" monitor
set to 1024 by 768. Do you need any other info?

Yes, they're on the same machine - win98 SE. Go to the Display
properties page and you can set up the two monitors, their order and
size there. Then undock the various pages in Vegas and drag where you
want them (or any other app that supports this...) Is that what you
mean?

No prob - it's what I was waiting so long for on Win98. I was so
envious of those Mac users who got to split up their Pro Tools
screens. You'll find it's a very handy feature.
Good luck.

I am using the Matrox G400 dual head. It works fine under Win98 and
SE, but still does not have drivers for Win2000. There have been
those that see a performance hit vs using two different cards, which
makes sense since Windows dual monitor support assumes two physical
cards.

Yep, you get the same type of dual monitor support that Matrox
provides under NT 4. Not the same type of configuration that you can
get under Win98/SE. One giant desktop vs the dual desktop that
Windows provides.

G400 Works great for dula monitor. One slot one card cheap (150.00
off price watch). I have it also running under win2k now, had it
under 98se before. Works great for Vegas.
