Maybe they observe President's Day by not holding business hours.

Yea, today is President's Day, a National Holiday in the USA. Most American's are off from work today and schools, banks, and most business are closed.

Web page for Chat support specifies closed on Mondays. Totally forgot about it being Presidents Day. Guess I'll have to wait it out til tomorrow.... argh....
