i bought mine at best buy
or just go to a search engine like yahoo and type in "vegas video 3"
you will get many websites and stores that sell it

I'd call them and ask if they would sell it to you for the price of Video Factory 2 (59.97) plus the current upgrade fee to VV3 (149.00) That would be around 208.97. Much less than the 479.97 retail price.

The worst they can say is no. ;)
