Does anyone have a cheat sheet of all the commands for MS?

All the ctrl-shift-alt-up arrow-spacebar while scratching your elbow commands seem to not be documented in the book, nor in any single reference location.

Movie Factory 2.0 came with a "cheat sheet". Keyboard shortcuts are also in the Screenblast MovieStudio manual, pp. 116-121.
