Chieworks-Video Bond Girl Effects

Recently went to Chienworks and there is a video called Bond girls. About 20 seconds into it, the model has a fire flame behind her.

I've not been able to contact the author, but would anyone on this site know how this special effect was done and what software would produce this effect.

The model was shot against a blue screen and dropped in front of some stock footage of flames. The background ( I believe ) had another chroma key filter applied taking out all the "black" in the shot. A plain white color was then substituted for the black.

So....
- model against bluescreen
- stock footage of fire
- chroma key filter on the fire stock footage

The chroma key filter, I know how to use.

Now where do I get the model?
