Im doing a Magician Children's video and I could not believe I was unsuccessful trying to find sound bites for magic tricks like the waving of the wand. I tried all the major sound sites I know of any one have any magic sound bites? If you do please email me at randyvild@adelphia.net

Thank you sooo much,
Randini

Randy, chances are you won't find any specific sounds named "waving of the wand." You'll have to try a site like Sounds Dog (my favorite) and go to the "magic" category.

What Jay said except I would suggest searching for "wind chimes" or "bell tree" to see if that is the "magic" sound you're thinking of.

Randy.. If other methods fail.. How about recording a sweep of the keyboard with your hand, or some other Instrument Sound ect..

After thinking about it, I dusted off my old "Drag and Drop Drummer" .WAVs and found the perfect "magic" sound ( a bell tree struck hard). Contact me at g_randybown at yahoo and I'll e-mail you the sample.

Thank you Randy

I tried searching for Magic in findsounds.com and sounddogs.com to no avail.
Many sound bites but none for that wand wave. Many of the sounds were scarey...I find that common that about 80% of the sound bites out there seem to be for movies like Event Horizon.

Look at animation soundfx or cartoon soundfx or comedy. That's where I've seen things that would fit.
