I recently purchased video factory 1.0 and i installed ads pyro firewire card that came with the software. I used the software and my panasonic pv-dv401 camcorder to make a small 2 ½ min movie. I have 7 avi clips, with a mp3 song playing in the background. The movie looked great and I could view it full screen and it was not choppy at all, it was saved as an avi file. I recently had to install a new modem and this changed my irq settings of my firewire card. I looked in the tech support section and found that I had too many devices on the same irq. I change the firewire card to a different pci slot and now it is on irq 9 along with my usb ports but not the same as the video card like it was before. I was getting choppy video before and I still am. My file was crystal clear before and now is choppy, how could this have happened? When I play the avi clips that I made they are crystal clear. Is it something in video factory? I also have two other video factory files saved and they look fine. Is the file corrupted? Any suggestions on why this happened?
