Please understand that I'm an audio guy dabbling in video. I know..."OH NO!"
I've got to post my finished video file to DG Systems for distribution and they have specs that call for MPEG-2 endcoded at at least 10 MB/s and preferred at 25 MB/s.
Further they spec Chroma:
Min 4:2:0
Preffered 4:2:2
Will Vegas do this??
