Chroma keyer not working. Worked in previous projects. no longer works

So I have a youtube channel with over 100 videos and i have used the same subscribe animation from the start. today the chroma keyer is not working. Below are screenshots of the green im trying to get rid of and the settings i have in the keyer, let me know if there is other info that may be helpful.

I have checked previous projects where i have used the chroma keyer and it worked fine but when i go back to those, its now still showing the green in the projects. Oddly when i used it today it was getting rid of half the green but when i have gone back to get screenshot of before and after, to do this post, it now gets rid of none of the green. hopefully i have just done something silly and is an easy fix.

i have closed and reopened movie studio multiple times, i have restarted my PC.

Whilst written for Pro it also applies to VMS. Make sure you tick the box to clear the cache.

When you say it got rid of half of the green, do you mean like a rectuangular box was masking some of it? If so, check your Effects Preview Split Screen button.

that worked, must have clicked that by accident or used a shortcut or something. also not sure why it was only doing half the box previously but it seems to be working fine now, thanks
