Chromakey

Hello!
I'm in need of a step by step (baby steps) instructions for chromakeying in VV 4. I have tutorials and books but they are not detailed enough or I'm just plain dense! Please help!

There are two on the Sundance site.
What is your source media looking like? Did you shoot against a real key?
