cinescore beeps

I am using cinescore in Vegas 8 and it seems to work fine. I've upgraded to version 1c. I can create a new score and it plays back fine. However, today I opened an old project that had a cinescore "score" in it and I get beeps like I'm using the demo. I finished this project months ago and made a dvd of it but I just got a call that the client wants to make a change for a new batch of dvd's. I've opened this in vegas 7 and vegas 8 and it does the same in both.

PS. I posted this message in the Cinescore forum as well but it looks like there's very little traffic in that forum. I also have done a search and found one suggestion to the beeps by running the migration tool utility updating the direct x plugins. That didn't change things.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Sorry, disregard the last post. After working with the project for a little while longer, I realized that it was two of the other audio tracks that were beeping, not the cinescore tracks. The other tracks were from a quicktime reference file and were checkerboarded on 3 different audio tracks. The first audio track had no beeps, tracks 2 and 3 both did. If I muted them, beeps were gone. Here's where it gets weird, I moved the audio tracks from their original location up to the 1st audio track, and the beeps went away. What the...

The beeps were definitely a licensing thing, they were random, of varying frequencies. I have a licensed copy of quicktime pro, and vegas 7 and 8 and cinescore. Strange.
