Does anyone know what the difference between the A2 ($197) and the A3($299) is?
For a hundred bucks what do you get? I didn't see any difference in the specs.

Again I'll ask - what's the longest HD DVD you can record? Is there any way to squeeze a 1hr 15min movie onto some sort of disc?

Well, the A30 does 1080p, the A3 does 1080i, and as i recall, the A2 was also a 1080i machine. i think the 3s are the newest generation and the 2s are 6 months older.
