Classic scrolling Titles in NewBlue FX TitlerPro5?

nick-andrews wrote on 8/20/2017, 11:14 PM

Hi all,

I am trying to make a simple, classic scrolling credit at the end of a project. I have done so already with the inbuilt SonyVegas Pro14 text editor, and that looks fine. However I came up against a problem in that using the "Hdr." tab in the Vegas Credit Roll, the project title is quite long and hence the text extends outside the viewing area.

So I bought NBFX TitlerPro5 in the hope of making a workable but simple classic credit roll. But I cannot find any files, preset, tutorials that show me how to select a basic scrolling credit preset.

If any kind soul could please point me in the right direction, that would be very very VERY much appreciated!

Cheers and TIA!

Do you wish that HEADER to remain on screen whilst the Credits Roll up?

If I got you right all you need to do in Credit Roll is to edit the text font size for the header item.

Marco is correct. If you're not doing anything more complicated than what you want, no need for NBTP5.

There's a couple of ways to do the scrolling in Titler Pro 5. One is to keyframe the "Y" position so that you manually set the scrolling distance. Another is to use the "Roll & Crawl" effect.
