When I record from one of my sources, it produces a clicking sound when I listen to the captured audio. However, the source does not produce this sound when I listen to it through my TV speakers. It's the only source that does this, any ideas why?

My only thought is that maybe the sound output from it is too loud, is there any way to lower the volume that sound is recorded at?
