Clicks in render NOT in normal playback

Hello, i think this is an unusual problem. I'm having a two track project with a few effects ,the playback in vegas works fine but in the render (same settings) there are random clicks on both channels. Any ideas?
I'm using Vegas 4.0b with Waves, ReValver and internal plugins in 44100/16.

the problem was the SF Noise Reduction Plugin 2.0a. When it's bypasses the clicks disappear. Are there any known issues between SF NR and Vegas 4.0b ?

You're better off using the noise reduction off-line. It doesn't work in real-time AFAIK.

Noise Reduction is not intended to be a real-time process. If there is noise in your original material you should clean it up before mixing/using it in Vegas.
