Of course. Vegas Movie Studio accepts a wide variety of graphic and picture formats.

Thanks Steve. After posting this I kind of mis-stated my question. I actually wanted to insert the clip-art into an existing slide...I'm still interested in knowing if that can be done, but I have one more question (I can create a new topic if need be): If I add 100 pictures to a slideshow/DVD that I'm creating, can I create transitions between each of the pictures for all 100 pictures rather than doing them one by one? In other words, I want to do dissolve from one picture to the next, but I don't want to have to define that "disolve" for each picture...I just want to be able to say "disolve from one pic to the next for all the pictures in my slideshow".

Thanks for your help.

If that particular clip art has a 'transparent' background all you would need do is place it in a higher video track.

If not .. then you need to work with a program like Photoshop to modify your slide.
