Clip Names

This is probably an easy fix, but what option should I turn on inorder to have the clip name appear on the clip when the clip is on the timeline?

Toolbar > View > Active Take Information

Another easy question, in my older version of vegas 5 i was able to highlight a video clip, right click and copy and paste the same clip some where else on the timeline with out bringing the audio clip with it. How do I do copy a video clip with out having to bring the audio clip with it in Vegas 7.

Click on "Ignore Event Grouping" on the toolbar. Just remember to turn it back off afterwards.

In Vegas, they are events, not clips.

Remember this when you go through the help files and the menus.
