Clock counter

Anypne can tell me how to make one or where to find the clock counting from 5 to zero, so i can send the file to the musicinan and they know when to start playing music.

Use the text generator and make your own 5-4-3-2-1 countdown.
I'd add a short beep (2 to 4 frames) at the beginning of each second.
