Codec Error Mp3/Xvid

Has anyone here had this issue trying to render to Xvid/mp3? Is there a fix or tweak?

The codecs show up in the "custom" section. I'm using Lame and Xvid. I can render to Xvid/PCM no problem, or any other audio codec except Lame. Wassup Wit Dat?

yes, i've read that others can't import xvid/dvix on vegas either. Maybe it's a matter of how they are encoded, although it's a possibility that are not supported at all.
