I use several video software tools to edit and create the videostream to be transferred to DVDs. However, I seem to be struggling to find a codec that can be used without problems across the board between the various software packages (specifically Ulead Media Studio, Adobe Premiere, and Video Vegas). What codec is a safe choice? I have attempted to use uncompressed video but run up against problems with that too. Maybe I just don't have the right codecs installed. What do you guys suggest?
