Color replace?

Is it possible to manipulate just particular color. I know Color Curves but they seem to be quite vide. I would love somekind of plugin that would allow me to manipulate image kinka like Color Replace from Photoshop. Possible?

Color Corrector Secondary is meant to do right this.
