Colorization Plug-in?

Anybody know if there are any decent colorization plug-ins that will work with Vegas 7?

I am very happy with NewBlue videofx i.e. their Art Effects.

For the time beeing you can even download their Cartooner for free. It is a great effect - using it with the Vegas undersampling feature setting the framerate to 1 fps.
