Compatibility Issues

I have found that the DVD I have made will only playback correctly on computers using PowerDVD (There are no problems with stand alone commercial DVD players). How do you make the DVD playable with such programs like WinDVD, DirectDVD, CinePlayer, etc.?

PowerDVD is known for its ability to play many formats. For the others I suggest making sure you have the latest updates. Other than that I think this is going to be a really technical issue :/
