Competitive Upgrade ?

I now have a friend who is drooling over V5 but he's a Premiere user. Is there a competitive upgrade price for those who would want to switch over to our side?

Yes, Premiere users must pay $999.99, Avid Xpress users must pay $9,999.99 and FCP users must pay... they aren't allowed to buy it.
