computer freezes up

When I click on "Make DVD" to begin to burn my DVD, my entire computer freezes up and has to be completely shut down. Is this a glich or what am I doing? I have burned 1 DVD successfully but all others just shut down my computer. The same thing happened when I attempted to extract music from a CD. I found a way around that one.

Sounds like problem with your DVD drive Try re-installing the drivers.
