Constrain to safe area

Is there a way in DVDA to constrain video content to TV-safe area (maintaining aspect ratio). I need this more for DVDA picture compilation projects.

Yes. Safe area can be shown on screen, and the various menu objects can be made to "snap" to the safe edges (so you can know when you are about to exceed the limits).

I need an option for the actual media like pictures and video to be automatically constrained to safe areas. I don't want to bring everything back into vegas to shink all the content but I guess I have to.
