No, Vegas does not support external control surfaces.

FYI: Vegas will read MTC and trigger playback to it. MTC is clock protocol, not a control surface protocol. There is no standard for external control surfaces. (I really wish there was.)

There's always the Shuttle control, but I have yet to try it and from what I know people kind of find it useless... Still I would love to try it out. I would also enjoy seeing such an option in the future. Yes mouse editing is a drag...

I have been begging and begging for this to no avail.
If we USERS could agree on ONE control surface, rather than a generic midi mixermap type, SF might have an easier time at developing this feature.
