I found an obvious and straight forward way to speed up and slow down "Credit Rolls" - treat them like any Slo-Mo or Fast-Mo clip. Use the Ctrl and stretch that clip! Or SQueeeze that clip for speeding up. Neat eh! Sometimes its staring one in the face....
