Convergent's Nano Flash and Vegas

Haven't got anyone to reply about my question over at DVinfo yet so I'll ask around here...

Been reading about this device. Looks interesting. Is this going to be something I could use on my SONY Z7 and edit with Vegas Pro? With 4:2:2 recording of the HDMI signal seems it would be a plus...Anybody see a problem with this camera/recorder set-up and Vegas? I guess power would be an extra hassle but I'm thinkin' the quality should be improved especially with green-screen shots......just askin'?

I've downloaded a couple of the 100 Mbps samples from CD's site, and they play back in Vegas OK. They are without audio, so I cannot say how the audio is holding up.
