Conversion of prproj to MP4

I am a new user of Vegas pro and I want to convert my Adobe Premiere Pro file to MP4 file. Someone please guide in this regards.

Your message is a bit confusing. a prproj is a project file, an MP4 is a video file. Are you wanting to convert a Premiere Project to a Vegas Project?

@Kashif61 Sorry, can't be done like that. Premiere Pro project files are only compatible with Premiere pro or in some instances After Effects. They are the one's you have to use to do the conversion to MP4.

You can export your Premiere project as XML file, which than could be imported into Vegas.
