Converting 29.97 FPS to 23.976 FPS

I imported a video made in 23.976 FPS to a new DVD Architect project. The program created the project in 29.97 FPS. The only thing I'm doing with DVD-A are the subtitles but I need to export them at 23.976 FPS.

Is there a way to change the whole project to 23.976 FPS?

Is it a DVD or BD that you are making?

A DVD can only be NTSC (29.97 fps) or PAL (25 fps).

We're making a BD.

Did you set the project to an appropriate 23.976p video format before loading in your video?
