I recently bought a PAL DVD and I'm trying to convert it to NTSC to watch on my NTSC-only DVD player & TV.

I ripped one of the episodes on the DVD to MPEG, and have been trying various ways to get Movie Studio & DVD Architect Studio to create an NTSC DVD image.

Movie Studio does a great job of converting the video (much better than that produced by a couple of open-source tools I tried). But the audio it produces is out of synch.

Can anyone guide me through the steps needed to do the conversion, starting either with the VOB files or an MPEG file created from them?
