Converting SVCD to DVD

In some prior years, I generated some "disks" as SVCD. Now I would like to convert them to DVD. I don't want to go back to the original source material. I am willing to compromise quality in the interest of getting to the DVD format quickly and efficiently.

Can't find any Q&A that addresses this.

Does someone have a straight forward explanation of how best to do this in Movie Studio 6?

I believe you should be able to drop the video straight into DVD architect 3 and up - perhaps without recoding - although I haven't tried it. I thought SVCD was a form of mpeg 2 which should be supported.
