I have TS files from "D-VHS MPEG2 Transport Stream Capture v0.3.0.6", captured from my DVR. I'd like to be able to combine and do minor editing to these files, but importing them into MSP12 causes it to crash.

From another thread I see TS files are not liked in NLE software, so I know they need to be converted. I've tried Quickstream fix and it just outputs a 0kb file. Also tried TSMuxeR and that will only output the video, no audio, it gives an error "some tracks not recognized". I'm assuming the audio is not recognized by TSMuxeR. I've tried converting the TS files using another video converter software "ACDVideo Converter 2 Pro" and it will output the file, but the audio is a bit shorter than the video, so the audio and video are not synced.

Any Ideas to get these TS files converted to use with MSP12?
