Well you can. Just go into project properties and click on summary.

also has a DirectX plugin that allows you to write notes in any program that supports DX plugins. So, you could even write notes about specific clips in the project & it could be in the FX section.

it sure doe help if I mention names. :)

But, most of the DX Audio specific stuff on that site is in Vegas. But, back when those DX audio programs on that site came out they wearn't standard in audio apps. :)
