Only issue I see on my system is that the giant "play" button (upper left of the screen) covers up the first two menu items below. I'm running FireFox 1.5.0.1.
Taking an idea from gamespot.com , you could have two versions of the site, and have users click a button to apply the "skin" of choice, eg sleek silver or pro black look..
Overall the new look is better, though nav buttons shouldn't be 3 layers deep imo ... too hard to click to get to what you need...
I have my browsers set at 600x800, since I work on some websites and need to make sure that everything I do looks good in a browser set to those dimensions...
The Vasst home page has the silver header letters locked to the left margin, with the menu locked to the right margin. If you shrink the browser to 800 pixels horizontally, the silver play button covers up the menu items as they slide underneath.
It's a nice layout, but anyone using a 600x800 size will have this issue. Just a thought...
I personally think that it's probably safe to require 1024x768, especially since their target market is a bunch of technophiles that are editing on screens as big as they can get'em :)
