@Grazie@Reyfox I just noticed watching back my video that VP20 offers to make the Project match media when the files are dragged in - 1920x1080, but when copying to VP21 I don't get that offer & the project stays at 3840x2160, just an observation 🤷♂️ 🤔

@Former user and @Reyfox - Success: OK, this VP20B411 Veg is 11 hours, 2587 pieces of media with 8 full Tracks and many, many envelopes. Going from VP20B411 into VP21B108 performed eventually.
Conclusion: I needed to allow VP21B108 to accomplish its procedure.
OK, guys thanks for your patience and feedback. I couldn't have done this without your testing and assertions.
@Grazie yeah... waiting for things to happen can take some time. Even to load my sub-20 minute projects takes a few moments.
@Former user I copied a 4K file from VP21 to VP20, and when it was placed on the VP20 timeline, I never saw a prompt to change project resolution to the clip. I have check marked in VP20 in the Preferences>Video, Prompt to adjust project settings to match first media added to timeline. The media on the timeline is 4K, but the Project Properties remain HD 1080-30P. And it's the same in VP21. But starting a new project and importing a clip from a folder, I get the "change resolution".
It's confusing but nothing that changing settings can't cure.
