Not copy/paste, but you can export your timeline from Vegas and import that timeline into Davinci Resolve:

Ofcourse only edits, no FX etc.

i tried that and included media pool then  Davinci said missing files (like 205 out of 235 missing)

I tried that with a few files on the Vegas (simple) timeline with dissolves as transitions. Export WITHOUT mediapool, just the .XML. That .XML was imported in DR without issue inclusive the transistion.

From the original media folders. Just when exporting a Vegasproject to DR on another computer I would also export the mediafiles.
