No.

It's not possible with any software, and never will be. If a DVD can be viewed, it can be copied. Deal with it.

Now, that being said, you can set CSS and Macrovision flags in DVDA 3. These flags have no effect if you burn the discs yourself; you must send them out for pressed replication in order for the flags to work. Even then just about anyone can bypass these flags effortlessly. About the only people who will be stopped by these flags are those who would never copy a disc anyway.
