I'm trying to copy a frame in Vegas from the timeline, save it as a .jpg, and use it as a still background for the top menu in DVDA.

Every time I use Copy Snapshot to Disk, the frame copies but it's always blurry when I open it in DVDA.

What is the best way to capture a frame from the timeline and save it as a jpeg? Thanks.
