Copy text to clipboard - export to excel

Is there a way to export the data displayed in the Media Pool window - Name, count, comments, lenght, etc, etc in a text format?

I would like to use that data to manage project activies in Excel. Obviously a clipboard copy (ctrl-c) doesn't work...

A script would be able to export that information to a file.

The Clip Logger tool will allow you to export the Media pool info that is available in the Script API. Just click on Clip Logger for more details and look at the bottom of the script for the Export Media section.

OK - is there a script to export that data? Sorry, not trying to be smart, however, if I don't have time to learn yasl (that is yet another script language for the unitiated...)

Ah, yes, the clip logger - knew I had seen it somewhere! Randall's created a nice tool.

Thanks for the replies - i have downloaded VeggieToolkit and am using the multirender at the moment, the clip logger is next on my list.

Need a supported batch rendering tool, as Roger appears to have dropped below the horizon wrt BatchRenderPro - probably retired to Tahiti after I paid for it.
