sorry zcheema - I was (and am!) apologizing. In the track motion pane, after you've entered then selected your keyframes, in the "position" track you can left click on it and it will give you a "copy "option. You can then open the track motion pane in another track, right click on its "position" track and paste the keyframes from the previous track. Pretty cool. Sorry for the lack of info before.

Hold control click on each key copy and past in new track

Or say you have the word ping pong that is bouncing around together and then into each other
Duplicate track edit out ping in first edit out pong in second and then key in the difference
so duplicating track also does the job
