copying a track

after adjusting a tracks parameters, can that track with all of its adjustments be copied within a project?

Right Click on the track you want to copy, there is an option to DUPLICATE TRACK.

I think, when you duplicate tracks, you endup getting reference media rather than new copies of it though. What I would do is make a new track, and then just select all the media in the track you want, then just right click and drag it to the track you want and then hit copy here.
