copying in digital extraction is givin me problemas

hi, i have some experience doing this,but i havent found
the solution to this new problem, i just set a new computer
pentium II 400 mhertz but when i copy in digital extraction
from my7 cd drive to my hard disk, the wav's results with a
lot of digital noises, also it hapens when i record trough
my soud card to sound forge ,, could you help me on this?

Sergio,

Some CD-Rom drives are not able to be used reliably for
digital audio extraction. All the writers CD Architect
officially supports can be used for Read Audio. If you
need a drive specifically for extraction other than your
writer, suggest Plextors, which are fast and reliable.
