Copying Keyframes

Let me first say you guys and girls have been enormously helpful! So, once again, thanks in advance...

Here is my question,. I am making a movie where a small text box pops in with a "popping sound effect" I have no problem making it pop in, and using track motion, putting it where I want it. HOWEVER, I want to give the appearance that it really did pop in. What I mean by this is that the little text box grows larger and smaller a few times and then settles to its size. Again, I am able to do this with track motion. NOW, I am having MANY text boxes 'pop' in throughout the video. It is very time consuming to set the keyframes for the pop in and out for each box. Is there a way to copy the motion from one 'pop' to another?

I hope I was clear...again, thanks in advance

OK . .I'll have a go.

Do you know about markers? Yes? Well listen to the audio and "tap" the M key on the sound you want something to happen. Okay, you've now set up markers along the t/l - yes? Ok. when you use the Track motion and "see" the track motion Diamonds on the BIG timeline, you can grab each diamond exactly to the intersection of the Marker and the timeline at the point where you want THAT action to hapeen. ..

.. now did THAT make sense . . if not I'll have another go .. yeah?

Something else you could try is the Vegas Quake script. If you play with the settings maybe it will give you something similar to what you're looking for.
