copying/pasting between projects

I have forgotten how to copy and paste between projects- can someone point me in the right direction?

Open the From-project.
Open the To-project in another instance of VMS.
Select and copy from the From-project.
Put the corsor on the wanted track and spot in the To-project -and paste.

Sorry I am a newbie,,, I have just bought VMS9 Platinum, But I can't find Open the From-project and T-project??
Can any help me :??

He just means open VMS and load the project you want to copy from, then start up a second copy of VMS and load the project you want to copy to.

Now you can copy and paste between projects as needed. Select something in one project and copy it to the clipboard (Ctrl-C, or probably Edit > Copy ?), then switch over to the other VMS program and paste it as desired.
