Corporate complaint depr or number? Escalation ?

Is there a telephone number or email for contacting SONY about customer complaints?

Most companies have some type of dept that handles complaints

I have the SONY MS 13 for about a month and currently it does not work at all. Simply freezes anytime I try to edit w it.

I filed a support ticket about 1 week ago but the tech has stopped responding and I can't get the software to work.
