Correct aspect ratio for DV NTSC in Vegas Video?

Gary,
Your problem is that NTSC resolution is NOT 720x540. That's
the PAL resolution, if I remember correctly. NTSC
resolution (for DV) is 720x480 (for full screen). The pixel
aspect ratio is indeed 0.909. Make your pics 720x480, check
your project properties to make sure the pallete is set for
NTSC DV, and everything should be fine.
